Is the stress of cleaning up from the flood getting you down? Do you just need a little time for yourself? If so, come try this Free Yoga class. You don’t need any yoga experience, not do you need to be flexible. In this class you will be with others who were affected by the flooding and learn some simple skills to de-stress your body, mind and spirit together.
This class will be led by Jill Neitlich, a psychotherapist who teaches Kripalu Yoga as well as Trauma-Sensitive Yoga.
This will be a Kripalu Yoga Class, appropriate for all levels including beginners.
Refreshments will be provided.
