Over the past year Vermonters have shown a tremendous amount of strength and resilience in recovering from the devastation of Tropical Storm Irene. Although there are still many people who are in the midst of recovery, many have moved through the recovery process with dignity and grace.  Acknowledging the emotional toll that a disaster can have on individuals, families, businesses and communities is incredibly important in the recovery process and Starting Over Strong Vermont has been proud to support Vermonters with their emotional responses to the flood.  On October 26th, Starting Over Strong Vermont will be completing our counseling outreach role across VT. Below please find a link to an extensive resource list with statewide and local services assisting flood survivors in their continued recovery process.
